Whole Stuffed Chicken Crock Pot Recipe
This Whole Stuffed Chicken Crock Pot Recipe is a quick and easy way to prepare a satisfying meal that your whole family will love.
6 ounces package stuffing mix
1 1/2 cup water
12 carrots peeled and sliced
4 pounds roasting chicken
salt and pepper
Prepare stuffing as label directs with 1 1/4 cups of the water. Set aside to cool. Stir in remaining water.
Cook carrots in saucepan with a small amount of water for 5 minutes. Drain and place in crockpot.
Remove package from inside chicken and discard. Rinse and pat dry chicken with a paper towel. Stuff chicken with stuffing. Place chicken on top of carrots in crockpot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until chicken is tender.
